Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 4dgang ("Platform", "we" or "company"). These Terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any part of our platform.

4dgang operates under international licensing and provides online gambling services covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and boxing betting to adult users in Malaysia. This platform is not intended for individuals under 21 years of age or for those residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is specifically prohibited.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

Account registration with 4dgang is open only to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Are not citizens or permanent residents of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.

2.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full name, active mobile number and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information entitles 4dgang to close your account without prior notice.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Opening more than one account by the same individual — including using different names, phone numbers or devices — is a breach of these terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended and the balances in them being forfeited.

Deposits and Payments

4dgang accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit for each method is RM50.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Use of a payment method belonging to a third party is prohibited. 4dgang is not responsible for losses arising from deposit errors made by users.

Successfully deposited amounts will be credited to your account immediately upon confirmation received from the relevant payment provider. If there is a delay or technical issue, please contact our support team via live chat or email.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification by our finance team. This processing time is an estimate and may vary depending on system workload and security check requirements.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require additional review. 4dgang reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

4dgang offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Second example: a deposit of RM1,600 gives the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the account balance to RM3,100. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms;
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements;
• 4dgang reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of abuse or fraud;
• Other promotional offers such as VIP cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses and reload promotions will be stated separately with their own terms and requirements;
• Detailed values of promotions other than the welcome bonus are not stated here and are subject to the specific terms of each promotion.

Game Rules

All games available on the 4dgang platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and boxing betting — have individual rules that should be understood before playing. Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by the results of actual events for sports betting.

4dgang is not responsible for losses incurred due to a user's failure to understand the game rules. Users are encouraged to read the rules of each game before placing any bets.

In the event of a dispute regarding game results, 4dgang's system records will serve as the final reference. Any bets placed during a technical disruption may be voided and the stake will be returned to the user's account.

User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the 4dgang platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or technical tools to manipulate games or the system;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games;
• Launching any cyberattacks or intrusion attempts against the platform's infrastructure;
• Using betting activity as a method of money laundering;
• Providing false personal identification information or impersonating another person;
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account.

A breach of any of the above rules entitles 4dgang to immediately suspend or close your account, withhold any balance associated with the relevant activity, and take appropriate legal action.

Account Closure

8.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 4dgang support team via live chat or email. Before closure is carried out, any eligible real money balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard procedures.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to set their own betting limits or take a break from the platform are encouraged to contact our support team for further guidance on the responsible gambling tools available. More information is available on our Responsible Gambling page.

8.3 Closure by 4dgang

4dgang reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where required for legal compliance. In such cases, any real money balance confirmed to be clear of any breach will be returned to the user.

Limitation of Liability

The 4dgang platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform available at all times, 4dgang does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or unavailability.

4dgang is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss or business disruption.

4dgang's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim arising.

Data Privacy

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is governed by the separate 4dgang Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you agree to the data handling practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

4dgang implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Amendments to Terms

4dgang reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page with a new update date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes.

Continued use of the 4dgang platform after an amendment is published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dgang holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the relevant arbitration body under the applicable international licensing regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be removed or limited to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
